Ertuğrul Sağlam was born on 19th November 1969 in Zonguldak/Ereğli. He started football in Fenerbahçe infrastructure. He became professional in Gaziantepspor. He played in Gaziantepspor for 2 years. In 1990 he was transferred to Samsunspor. He was graduated from Sports Academy and later had master education in the same department.

As a result of his successful performance in Samsunspor, in the season of 1994/1995 Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Beşiktaş competed with one another to transfer Ertuğrul. At the end of this transfer competition Ertuğrul Sağlam agreed with Beşiktaş who used to act economically till that period in terms of transfer and became the most expensive footballer of the team. He failed to give the expected performance in his first season in Beşiktaş due to over pressure. The successful performance of Ertuğrul who recovered himself toward the end of the season and 28 goals he scored carried Beşiktaş to championship. In 6 seasons when he wore Beşiktaş uniform he played totally 167 league matches and scored 103 goals.

Ertuğrul Sağlam who was quite successful a forward player and who undersigned many significant goals began to be commissioned in the defense after John Benjamin Toshack came to lead the team. Although he returned to his task as a forward player he failed to catch his performance in the first season.

As one of the first transfer steps of Serdar Bilgili management who took the task of management of Beşiktaş in the season of 2000/2001 he was exchanged with Erman Güraçar of Samsunspor. At the end of 2003 he left football in Samsunspor. He played in more than 250 matches and scored 125 goals.

Ertuğrul Sağlam who wore the A national uniform for the first time on 27th October 1993 against Poland wore the A national uniform 26 times. And he undersigned totally 11 goals in those matches.

Following his active football life he began to work as a trainee. He assited Gigi Multescu and Erdoğan Arıca. In the season of 2004/2005 he headed Samsunspor. After one year he became the technical director of Kayserispor. He passed a quite successful period in Kayserispor and was indicated among 20 technical directors who promise success in the future in the official journal of Champions’ League “Champions”.

At the end of May 2007 he agreed with Beşiktaş and headed the team for the season of 2007/2008. He left his office in Beşiktaş in the 7th week of the Season.

 

ADIL CENKÇİLER/THE MANAGER:Born on 19th December 1964 in Bursa. He completed his elementary, secondary and high school education in Bursa. After playing football in various teams as an amateur player, he started to work as club director. He worked as a director for 7 years and as manager for 3 years in Demirtaşspor, one of the oldest clubs s of Bursa.

After being a member of Organization Committee for 7 years later, he has been executing as Provincial Football Representative for 3 years. He is currently a director in Turkish Amateur Sports Club Confederation.

He has been working as the General Manager in Bursaspor for 1.5 seasons. Cenkçiler is married and the father of two daughters.

MUTLU TOPÇU: Mutlu Topçu, born on 16th November 1970 in Bursa, after wearing Beşiktaş uniform for 10 years continuously in his life as a footballer ran the ball for 1 season in Adanaspor, the team of the south. Topçu who turned back to Beşiktaş at the end of the season wore the black&white uniform for further 2 seasons and then said good bye to active football at the age of 30.

His career as a trainer which began in 2003 together with Ertuğrul Sağlam in Samsunspor continued between the years of 2005-2007 in Kayserispor. Topçu was most recently commissioned in Beşiktaş.

ERSEL UZGUR: Born on 24.10.1967 Bursa. He was graduated in 1988 from Uludağ University Faculty of Physical Education. He has been married for 15 years.

He started football at the age of 10 in Bursaspor infrastructure. Till 1997 season he wore Bursaspor uniform. Ersel Uzgur succeeded in wearing uniform in all National Team categories.

Uzgur who began to work as a trainer after completing his active football life worked as the Technical Director of Kestelspor, Orhangazispor in the 3rd League, and of İnegölspor in the 2nd League. 

He worked as the assistant trainer in Ankaragücü, Antalyaspor and V.Manisaspor. He started his office in Bursaspor in the season of 2008-2009.

BIROL BERKEM: Born on 1st April 1964 in Samsun Bafra, Birol Berkem started his active football life in the season of 1983-84 and started his life as a trainer in 2003 in Adıyamanspor. Berkem who in 2005 started to work with Ertuğrul Sağlam in Kayserispor later worked in Beşiktaş. He is married and the father of 1 daughter. He is high school graduate.

In the seasons of 1983-1984-85 he wore uniform in Karşıyaka and Soma Sotesspor, in 1986-1988 in Bafraspor, in 1988-1990 in Gaziantepspor, in 1990-1992 in Bafraspor, in 1992-1993 in Tokatspor, in 1993-1994 in Etibank SAS, in 1994-1995 in Merzifonspor, in 1995-1997 in Bafraspor teams.
In 2001 he was entitled to be granted license of infrastructure technical directorship and 2003 A license.

IBRAHIM BAKIR: Born on 21st September 1978 in Yozgat. He wore uniform as an amateur in various teams of Ankara. He was graduated in 2002 from METU Department of Physical Education and Sports.

He has master education in 2007 in Ankara Üniversity Motion Training Department. Currently he is performing his doctorate study on the same subject in Marmara Üniversity. He began his job as a trainer in 2003 in Bursaspor. Later he worked in Samsunspor, Kayserispor and Beşiktaş. İbrahim Bakır is married with 1 child.

OZTÜRK TANRIBİLİR/ GOAL KEEPER TRAINER: Born on 3rd May 1966 in Kayseri. In his active sports life he protected the goal post of K.Erciyesspor, Aksarayspor and Kayserispor İnegölspor. Tanrıbilir who ended his active football life in 2000 began to work as goalkeeper trainer in 2001 in Kayseri Erciyesspor. Later he was commissioned in Kayserispor, Kırşehirspor and Beşiktaş. Tanrıbilir who received the diploma of goalkeeper trainer in 2001 is married and the father of 2 daughters.

DOCTORS: Müjdat Enginsu, Coşkun Hayırlıoğlu, Şafak Selimoğlu work as offical doctors in Bursaspor club.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST: RECEP LOKMANOĞLU : Born on 26.07.1980 in Aydın Söke. He completed his elementary, secondary and high school education in Söke. He is graduated from Hacettepe University , department of physiotherapy and rehabilitation (2003). Currently he has master education in Pamukkale University on the health of sportsmen. He is married. He was commissioned in the seasons of 2004-2005 and 2006-2007 in Denizlispor team. He has been charged in Bursaspor since the season of 2007-2008.
